[Olatti→formerly WeUC] Platform Update_Version 0.3.7

Hello everyone! We have updated the Olatti application with the changes listed below.

Softphone & Calls

  • Fixed an error when updating Softphone settings.

  • Removed automatic Softphone focus when using the hotkey.

  • Fixed cursor positioning when clicking the green dial button in the Calls Bar.

  • Automatically selected the only available favourite number when using the Favourites action.

  • New: Introduced Call Pickup, allowing users within the same Pickup Group to answer incoming calls ringing for another member of the group.

Production testing required after the update; after finishing, users can use this feature

Call Sequence

Limited the total ring duration for Call Sequence to a maximum of 60 seconds.


Numbers Management

  • Displayed backend error messages when deleting a number fails (for example, when attempting to delete the default caller ID).

Call Flows

  • Fixed Call Flow table styling issues.

Meetings

  • Fixed mirrored camera inconsistencies.

  • Updated the participants list to support guest users.

  • Fixed participant icons overflowing the meeting window.

Devices

  • Fixed incorrect device icons displayed in the Devices section.

User Management & Back Office

  • Improved the User Management layout and voicemail display.

  • Fixed alignment issues across Back Office tables and actions.

  • Fixed the Account Creation modal.

  • Fixed scrolling when adding devices to a user.

  • Implemented the upgraded Departments experience in Back Office.

  • Applied various Back Office improvements and fixes.

Chat

  • Added date separators to conversations.

  • Added timestamps for chat messages.

Call History & Voicemail

  • Fixed Call History table styling.

  • Fixed voicemail notification indicators and Back Office visibility issues.

  • Improved voicemail notification behaviour.

Profiles

  • Added support for deleting profile and group avatars.

  • Fixed the Profile modal.

  • Improved icon display for users with long usernames.


    Desktop Application

  • Prevented media notifications while the desktop app prompt is displayed.

  • Prevented permission prompts when the desktop application is already installed.

  • Improved the keyboard shortcut selection dropdown.

Settings

  • Fixed styling issues for the mobile app download banner.

  • New: Added the mobile download banner.

  • Updated OAuth Consent to use the new OAuth API endpoint.

Analytics

  • Removed an unused button from Analytics.
