Hello everyone! We have updated the We UC application with the changes listed below.

Calls

• Updated the Numbers / Call Flow assignment logic.

• Fixed an issue where missed call notifications were no longer received.

• Fixed an issue preventing users from removing External phone numbers.

Chat

• Fixed the unread message badge not appearing on the Chat icon.

• Fixed message counters and notifications not updating correctly.

• Added a user filter to Group Chats.

Meetings

• Updated Desktop deeplink configuration to support Meet links.

• Fixed an issue where user presence could remain Busy after leaving a meeting.

• Fixed macOS cold start issues affecting Meetings.

Contacts

• Fixed phone numbers added during contact editing are not syncing to Favourites.

• Improved Favourite Contacts performance.

Settings

• Fixed issues related to custom audio files (voicemail greetings, notifications, and other audio assets).

• Fixed input device dropdown: two devices briefly appear selected while the list re-orders

• Fixed speaker 'Test' button should toggle to 'Stop' so the test sound can be stopped

Call Flow

• Improved the Music on Hold upload experience to make the process clearer.

Tech improvements

• Removed duplicate backend code to improve maintainability.

Desktop app

• Improved warning messages and system hyperlinks for a clearer user experience.

• Fixed the recording timer resetting to 00:00 after minimising and restoring the application.

• Updated the Desktop window layout to prevent the username from overlapping the window frame.
