WeUC is now Olatti šŸŽ‰

Weā€™re excited to share that WeUC is now Olatti.

As part of our rebrand, weā€™ve updated our name and branding across the entire platform, including our Web, Desktop, Android and iOS applications.

What does this mean for you?

Thereā€™s nothing you need to do - your account, settings and services remain the same.

Youā€™ll simply start seeing Olatti instead of WeUC across our applications and services.

Our mobile apps have also been updated, so you can now find us as Olatti in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

If you already have the WeUC app installed, simply update it to the latest version to see the new Olatti branding.

What else is new?

Alongside our new name, weā€™ve also released a number of new features, improvements and updates across the Olatti platform.

Meetings

  • Completed a major refactoring of the Meetings functionality to improve overall performance, stability, and maintainability.

Ring Groups

  • Refactored the Ring Groups functionality and improved its overall behaviour.

  • Ring Groups are available to account administrators and can be configured based on your team's call handling requirements.

  • If you need help setting up or configuring Ring Groups, please contact us.

Call Queues

  • Refactored the Call Queue functionality to improve reliability and call handling.

  • Call Queues are available to account administrators.

  • If you would like to use Call Queues and need help with the configuration, please contact us.

Pickup Groups

  • Updated and improved the Pickup Groups functionality.

  • Administrators can configure Pickup Groups to allow users to answer calls ringing for other members of their group.

  • If you need help setting up Pickup Groups, please contact us.



Implemented a range of fixes and improvements across the platform to enhance overall stability, performance, and reliability.

Please note: Due to the rebranding and application name change, after installing the latest update on macOS, the app may not restart automatically. If this happens, please open Olatti manually from your Applications folder.
