Unable to call Steph

When i click on Stephs name it disappears and the call does not initiate

    This is related to the devices configuration that Steph has.

    Yes on desk top but now using web app @Axel Molist Cordina

    Was this on the desktop app @Russ Barrett ? Can you update your desktop app to the latest version please? Also @Karl McNicholas and @Stephanie Hanlon please update your desktop app to the latest version.
