Call Quality
call has as tatic sound, breaks up every know and then. This is on almost all calls. I am over WiFi via desktop app, but works fine over Communicator 7. Could be something simple like the Codec in use? Maximise and minimise icons not showing on Windows desktop app upon first load
The classic maximise and minimise window buttons and the 'X' that usually shows on Windows applications wasn't showing for some users upon installing the application for the first time. They had to quit the application and reopen it a second time for the actual buttons to show. Let's investigate if this is a glitch or if it's common behaviour or if it's a one-off or what's going on.

Not sure if this is by design but i get the Zoho vault icon in my search bar on the web app
Android mobile app - Unable to dial - Incorrect number error
When trying to dial a number from the mobile application I receive '“Incorrect Number” The same error is presented when dialing from the call history list. Delay / no notifications on chats
Either I am not notified or there is a large delay. Updates sometimes if i refresh webpage to show I have chat notification
No dial tone when ringing,
Call Russ. No dial tone when ringing, but he answered and then heard 2 rings after he answered
Notification or missed call and call log differ
view notifications show the missed calls are all the same number The Call log shows the correct number

Notification of that Steph sent me a message, when clicking reply it takes me to the contact screen
